What we provide
We provide academic tutoring, written feedback on drafts you have written, proofreading within institutional policy, referencing help, and free study tools and guides.
We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any university or educational institution, and any institution named on this site is named only to describe the conventions our tutors work to.
Academic integrity — a fundamental condition
This section is not boilerplate. It is the core of the agreement, and breaching it ends it immediately.
We do not write, sell, or supply work for you to submit as your own. Everything we produce is instructional: explanations, structure guidance, model answers on topics other than your assessed one, and feedback on writing that is yours.
You agree that you will not submit any material we provide as your own work, that you will comply with your institution's academic integrity policy, and that you will not ask us to complete assessment, sit an examination, or access your student accounts.
Providing contract cheating services is a criminal offence in Australia (TEQSA Act 2011 s.126B), New Zealand (Education and Training Act 2020 s.292A) and England (Skills and Post-16 Education Act 2022 s.71). We will refuse any request that crosses into it, terminate accounts that persist, and issue no refund where termination follows such a request.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your assignment, deadline and institution.
- Hold the rights to any material you send us, or permission to send it.
- Do the writing yourself. This is the part the service cannot and will not do for you.
- Check our output against your own institution's published guide — referencing styles in particular have institutional variants.
- Keep your account credentials to yourself.
Payment
Prices are published on our pricing page and charged in your local currency. Session fees are payable in advance. Ongoing dissertation supervision is billed monthly and may be cancelled with two weeks' notice.
Prices may change, but never for work already booked and paid for.
Cancellation and refunds
Full detail is in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: sessions cancelled more than 24 hours ahead are refunded in full; work you are dissatisfied with is redone or refunded if you tell us within seven days; and no refund is available where we terminate for an academic integrity breach.
Consumers in the UK and EU have a statutory 14-day right to cancel distance contracts. Where you ask us to begin within that period you may be charged for what we have already delivered.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of everything you send us. We keep ownership of our tools, guides, model answers and site content.
Model answers and guides are licensed to you for personal study only. You may not republish, resell, or submit them.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee any particular grade, and any service that does is either lying or ghostwriting. Your mark depends on work you do after we help you.
Our free tools are provided as-is. Referencing styles have institutional variants and our generators cannot know which one your department publishes, so you must verify output against your own guide.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, and UK consumer legislation.
Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including academic outcomes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the country you live in, and may bring proceedings there. Our full registered company details are being finalised and will be published here before the service opens.
