Within two hours during our support windows, which cover every timezone we serve. Overnight enquiries are answered first thing in your local morning.

What should I include?

A name, an email and a phone number are all the form requires. If you have the assignment brief or the marking rubric, adding them in the message speeds everything up — the rubric is the single most useful thing you can send — but it is not needed to start.

Will you tell me if you cannot help?

Yes, and quickly. If a request crosses into work we will not do, we will say so in the first reply and offer the closest legitimate alternative rather than negotiating.
